For the purposes of this agreement, “Client” refers to the business receiving services under this agreement.
1. Service Overview: Go To Market Solutions agrees to provide website maintenance services to Client as outlined below:
2. Service Fee: Client agrees to pay a flat monthly fee of $50 for the website maintenance service provided by Go To Market Solutions that auto-renews on the 1st of each month.
3. Term and Termination: This agreement shall commence on the agreed-upon start date and continue on a month-to-month basis thereafter unless terminated by either party with two weeks’ written notice. Notice can be sent by email to go@gotomarket.solutions with the subject “Website Maintenance Cancellation”
4. Limitation of Liability: Go To Market Solutions shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the website maintenance services provided under this agreement, except for damages resulting from gross negligence or willful misconduct. If damages occur as a result of services provided in this agreement, Go To Market Solutions, to the best of its abilities, will work within the limits of this agreement to resolve such issues in a timely manner. Though unlikely, if Go To Market Solutions determines additional support is needed we will provide a scope of services that may result in an additional fee. If Client uploads any files directly to the website, or engages in any unsafe technical activities, Go To Market Solutions can only assist by reverting to the most recent functional restore point as this falls outside of the scope of this service. If the Domain Registrar is hacked, Go To Market Solutions can only assist by reverting to the most recent functional restore point as this falls outside of the scope of this service. This service does not apply to any email or social media-related hacks.
5. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep all information exchanged during the course of this agreement confidential.
6. Entire Agreement: This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Go To Market Solutions and Client regarding the website maintenance services.
